Title: Irish Cream Parfaits - Glorious Liqueurs

1qtVanilla and/or coffee ice
  Cream
1cFudge sauce
1cIrish cream liqueur
1cHeavy cream, optional
1tbSugar, optional
6 Chocolate covered coffee
  Beans, optional

Layer ice cream, fudge and liqueur in 6 parfait glasses. Cover and freeze for up to 4 days.

If desired, beat the heavy cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form.

Remove the parfaits from the freezer. Top with dollops or rosettes of whipped cream and a coffee bean. Return to freezer until about 10 minutes before serving time.
